Cancellation: For UK orders You have the right to cancel the order within 14 working days without reason. The 14 days start when the goods are received. If you do cancel you must return the goods and pay the cost of returning the goods. Also you must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods or open or take any bottles out of the clear sealed lay flat tube they will have to be considered as tampered with ,you may not test the flavours or the liquid to see if it is to your tastes. The act of un sealing any liquid would result in damage and rendering them worthless we will charge you for the reduction in value.

We will refund your money within 14 day of receipt of the returned goods provided they have not been opened. We would aim to refund with in two working days of the returned items arriving

we do not charge a restock fee but unless the item is faulty the postage or part postage on the returned item /items will not be refunded
